Contract Size:

St Baise’s largest contract was worth c. £4M on the British Museum
The largest projects St Blaise has successfully pre-qualified for were “The Privatisiation of CADW’s Monuments in Care” worth c. £9M & Apethorpe Hall for English Heritage worth c £4M
St Blaise is always keen to work for Parochial Church Councils and other clients on much smaller contracts, worth £10k or less, if they are either local or require great skill and understanding

Statutory Obligations:

St Blaise takes Health & Safety very seriously and we recognise our responsibilities, in law and in practice, to our clients, our employees and all those affected by our activities. We have an excellent safety record
We are fully aware of the requirements of the 1994 CDM regulations and apply them to all our sites whether or not required to by law
We are members of the SW Building Safety Group which advises our Safety Director
