Description
Major refurbishment and conservation of Agatha Christie’s residence on the River Dart.

The works involved:

• Conservation and upgrading of sash windows and shutters.
• Stone repairs and replacement to Portland stone Porticos.
• Structural and masonry repairs to the boundary walls and outbuildings, creating a Bat Roost and new public facilities.
