Private Manor House - West Dorset
Description
Re-modelling and restoration of a Georgian Town House.
The works involved:
- Redesign of existing roof to improve insulation properties.
- Conservation of the rendered façade and renewal of the render of other elevations.
- Repair and replacement of joinery and windows.
- Removal and relaying of Purbeck floors, incorporating new underfloor heating on limecrete base.
- New mechanical and electrical services throughout.
- Redecoration.
- External repointing and stone repair.
- Remodeling of the façade to incorporate wing wall and improve the symmetry of the building.
